Data Scientist/Data Analyst Intern
Role Description
Thrive Success Prep is a startup that provides mentorship and guidance to international students applying to U.S. colleges and graduate programs. We are currently in a pre-launch stage; hence, all newly recruited employees will be considered co-founders and share the profit on top of the base pay. Our mission is to transition local college admission prep centers to an automated online platform.
Our team is currently developing an automated online database that can analyze students’ application strengths and make personalized recommendations. We are looking for a Data Analyst to assist in building our platform with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Your duties and responsibilities include:
• Research and collect data
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Process collected data in Excel
• Work with programmers in developing the website
• Create data management documentation
• Participate in other ongoing projects
• Have fun with an entrepreneurial spirit!
Application deadline: Rolling
Internship period: Flexible
Work Authorization: U.S. Work Authorization. Accepts OPT/CPT
Benefit: $20/hr. Profit is shared on top of the base pay. Gain startup experience with zero risks. Potential equity for full-time employees.
